Our policy lasts 14 business days from delivery date. If 14 Business days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept all returns only to a warehouse in PRC or Ukraine! To enter and specify the warehouse address, please write to (email@example.com)

Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. Do not worry though, you will ALWAYS receive your order! If a product in your cart has gone out of stock or has been removed from our product catalog you may be eligible for store credit.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery:
Will be issued a store credit code for price of the product!
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are only given in the form of STORE CREDIT, if you wish to return an item, restocking fees may apply.
-If your product has been unfulfilled for more than 180 business days you are entitled to refund for the price you paid.
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately, sale items cannot be credited.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, due to possible unforeseen delivery issues.
When returning the goods, a commission of 20 euros is deducted from the buyer! Sending goods back to our warehouse is at the expense of the buyer! Please note, if you send an item without a tracking number, we are not responsible for the loss of the item and we do not guarantee that we will receive it!
